These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Anyoroute (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you” or “guest”) when you book and participate in tours or accommodation services through our website (www.anyoroute.in). By booking a service with Anyoroute, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Package Tour Bookings

  • By booking a package tour, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
  • The remaining 70% balance is due 15 days prior to the departure date.
  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Hotel/Accommodation Bookings

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to check-in.
  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Child Policy

  • Children aged 1-6 years old are not charged but are not provided a separate seat in vehicles.
  • Children aged 7 years and older are charged the full adult rate.

4. Inclusions

The following are typically included in the tour package tariff:

  • Transportation (pick-up, drop-off, transfers, sightseeing)
  • Driver fees
  • Accommodation (as per itinerary)
  • Meals (as per the chosen meal plan)
  • Travel insurance (where applicable)
  • Parking fees, toll taxes
  • Local government fees
  • Permits and passes

5. Exclusions

The following are typically not included in the tour package tariff:

  • Entry tickets to attractions
  • Porter fees
  • Local guide fees
  • Camera fees
  • Tips
  • Personal transportation
  • Joy rides, ropeway tickets, or other special activity tickets

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Follow local rules, regulations, and instructions from the tour guide/driver.
  • Respect the environment and local communities.
  • Do not disturb wildlife.
  • Do not deviate from the scheduled itinerary without prior authorization.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Package Tours:
    • 30+ days before departure: 95% refund
    • 21-29 days before departure: 50% refund
    • 10-20 days before departure: 25% refund
    • 7-9 days before departure: 5% refund
    • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
  • Hotel/Accommodation Bookings: Cancellations are subject to the individual policies of the booked hotel/accommodation. Please refer to their terms for details.
  • If Anyoroute cancels a trip, a full refund will be provided.

8. Tour Guides (Captains)

  • Anyoroute may assign a local guide (“Captain”) to assist and guide you during your trip, where available.
  • The Captain is not a participant in the trip but is there to provide local support and ensure a smooth experience.

9. Natural Calamities and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Anyoroute reserves the right to alter or amend itineraries due to natural calamities, local disturbances, government orders, road blockages, floods, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to such changes are the responsibility of the guest.

10. Seating Arrangements

  • Window seat allocation cannot be guaranteed. Guests are encouraged to share window seats amicably.
  • If disputes arise, seat allocation may be determined by a lottery system.

11. Health Concerns

  • In case of illness or altitude sickness, Anyoroute will arrange for medical assistance.
  • Guests must follow medical advice.
  • If necessary, the itinerary may be altered to accommodate health concerns.

12. Discounts and Offers

  • Anyoroute may offer discounts or promotions from time to time. Please follow the specific terms and conditions of each offer.
